Steak Diane is a classic sauce to add to any dish. Perfect with a lovely Ribeye, Sirloin, Fillet or Rump steak. Equally tasty with Venison and other meats, or a quick pasta sauce. A drop of brandy combined with mushrooms and cream gives a beautifully rich sauce!
