street, so please believe any mistakes are exactly that, and
Without your feedback we cannot improve our service.
We endeavor to ensure everything we sell is in a suitable
condition, please appreciate we are human, and mistakes can
happen. We take complaints very seriously and look to resolve
any problems quickly and thoroughly by tracing where the
mistake may have happened, whether by our own practices or by
our suppliers, and refunding or replacing where possible.
We would hope this is a very rare occurrence, but should you be
unhappy with anything you’ve purchased from us, we ask that
you please let us know as soon as possible and return to us for a
full refund.
Sometimes, we understand, problems may be discovered during
cooking or consuming, in the event of this please store any
remaining product in the fridge or freezer until a suitable time to
return the item/s.
Sadly, we cannot offer a refund if we have nothing to refund
against.
