120g self rasing flour
30g beef suet
pinch of salt
90ml cold water
- Mix suet, flour & salt in a bowl. Stir in water, enough for a firm pliable dough.
- With floured hands divide dough into 8 balls.
- add to the top of stews or casseroles for the final 20 mins of cooking time or steam cook for 20-25 mins.
