Great for basting your potatoes for amazing roasties. parboil the potatoes, drain well and fluff up. add plenty of goose fat to a roasting tin and place in pre-heated overn for approx 10 mins@ 220c gas mark 7. Once the fat is smoking carefully add the potatoes baste well and place them in the oven for 45 mins. turn and baste occasionally to ensure they are golden and crunchy all over. ,.
Once opened refrigerate and consume within 3 months
Goose fat is liquid at room temperature and solid when chilled. Natural separation may occur, but this does not affect the quality or usage of the product.
