Diced Venison

Rich and intensely flavoured game meat, Very tender a guaranteed hit when braised

Heat 1 tbsp oil in a non-stick frying pan. Add cubed meat and cook for 4-5 mins until browned. Add 400ml stock, and bring to a boil. Transfer to an ovenproof dish, cover, and place in the oven for the remaining time or until thoroughly cooked. (Time 1½ – 1¾, Oven: 180°C, Fan: 160°C, Gas: Gas Mark gas 4)
