Beef fat (85%) wheat Flour

DUMPLING

120g self rasing flour

30g beef suet

pinch of salt

90ml cold water

Mix suet, flour & salt in a bowl. Stir in water, enough for a firm pliable dough.
With floured hands divide dough into 8 balls.
add to the top of stews or casseroles for the final 20 mins of cooking time or steam cook for 20-25 mins.
