Our incredibly popular individual Homity Pie has been made even better! We’ve added in a tasty wholemeal flour to our shortcrust pastry, which has given a real depth of flavour to an already great pie. The judges at the 2018 Great Taste Awards thought so too….awarding it a 2 Star Gold and according to the judges this means ‘above & beyond delicious!’

By all accounts, this is an Irish delicacy – but it is just as popular in the UK. An open-topped pie made with spud, mature cheddar cheese, onion and a little garlic and a few herbs. Topped with mature West Country cheddar cheese, it’s delicious and one of our biggest selling pies.
Suitable for vegetarians – as we use veggie rennet in our cheese
Potato (36%), onions (18%), extra mature Cheddar Cheese (MILK) (17%), WHEAT flour (WHEAT flour, calcium carbonate, iron, niacin, thiamine), vegetable shortening (RSPO palm, rapeseed oil), water, wholemeal WHEATflour, salt, garlic powder, vegetable bouillon, black pepper.

This pie is made in kitchens that may also handle mustard, sesame seed or nuts.
Ready to eat cold – but best heated in an oven for true pie pleasure!
Remove all packaging and place in a preheated oven.
From Chilled: 180°/ Fan 160° / Gas mark 4 for 20-25 minutes. .
From Frozen: 190°/ Fan 170° / Gas mark 6 for 40-50 minutes.
Allow it to rest for 3-4 minutes – and enjoy.
Storage: Keep in a fridge below 5°
Suitable for home freezing, defrost in fridge, heat thoroughly and enjoy within 3 days,
DO NOT Refreeze once cooked.
